Fresh Start Surface Solutions LLC ("Fresh Start", "we", "us") operates the website at freshstartsurfaces.com and provides residential and commercial pressure washing services in Jacksonville, NC and the surrounding Eastern North Carolina service area. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site or contact us for service, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We are a small, veteran-owned, home-based service business. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
Information you give us. When you fill out our quote request form, send us an email, or call or text us, we receive your name, phone number, email address, the service location (typically a street address or general area), and any details you share about the work you need. If you hire us, we keep a record of the job (date, services performed, total) for invoicing and tax purposes.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic browsing data when you visit, including the pages you view, the date and time, your approximate location (city / region, derived from your IP address), the device and browser you use, and how you arrived at the site (search engine, social link, direct).
Cookies and trackers. Our site uses:
Photos taken on the job. We sometimes take before-and-after photos of work we perform. We use these on our website, social media, and in marketing materials to show prospective customers what we do. If you do not want photos of your property used this way, tell us before the job and we will not publish them. Photos never include identifying information about you (no addresses, license plates, or family members).

Our services are for adults who own or manage property. We do not market to, or knowingly collect information from, children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Quote requests that do not turn into jobs are kept for up to 12 months in case you come back. Invoices and job records are kept for seven years to comply with tax and accounting requirements. Marketing analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics by default.
We use industry-standard practices to protect the information we hold. The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted securely. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access.
If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
