What "make it right" means in practice
When we say we come back and make it right, we mean exactly that, no charge and no hassle. If we miss a spot, if streaks appear after the surface dries, if a particular area needs a second pass to reach the result you expected, we return and finish the job. The standard is what you can see and judge for yourself: clean siding, a streak-free driveway, a roof that looks restored rather than sprayed. If it falls short of visible quality when we leave, the job is not done. We do not consider a job complete until you are satisfied with the result.
Insurance: what we carry and how to verify it
Fresh Start Surfaces is fully insured with general liability and workers compensation coverage. If anything goes wrong on your property during a job, you are not left holding the bill. Before you sign a quote, we will email you a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) on request, so you can verify the coverage yourself before any work begins. Any reputable pressure washing company should be able to do the same. If they cannot produce a COI on request, that is a clear signal to walk away.
